Denise “Neser” age 59 of Forest Lake passed away August 31, 2005.
Denise was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers.
She is survived by her brother Michael Gager; her sister Kelly Sampson; and many loving friends.

Vincent Michael Sersic of Chisago City, MN

Vincent Sersic, age 92, former lontime resident of Duluth, passed away Monday, August 22, 2005 at Fairview Lakes Medical Center, Wyoming, MN.
Vincent was born Jan. 23, 1913 in Jurandvor, Yugoslavia to Lucille and Michael Sersic. He married Elma Maki on December 23, 1952. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elma in 1999. Vincent worked as a cook on many different ships throughout the world. He served in the Army as a Merchant Marine during WW II.
He is survived by his stepson Dr. Richard (Beverly) Nyman of Chisago City; six grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be at 10:30 AM Friday at Roberts-Eckert Funeral Home, 555 Centennial Drive SW, Forest Lake. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Burial will be Friday afternoon at Park Hill Cemetery in Duluth.

Donald Kennedy age 53 of Chisago City died on Saturday, August 13, 2005 at United Hospital in St. Paul, MN.
Donald is survived by his parents Florence & Donald Kennedy of California; his three children Paula (Darin) Anderson of Forest Lake, Phillip (Sharon) Kennedy of Cambridge, and Carolyn Kennedy of Little Canada; eight grandchildren; his girlfriend Penny Murphy of Chisago City; his two sisters Terri (Rick) Kelley of Missouri, Chris Kennedy of California; and his brother Mike Kennedy of California.
Visitation was held from 5-7 PM on Wednesday, August 17th at Roberts-Eckert Funeral Home, 555 Centennial Drive SW, Forest Lake. A Memorial Service followed the visitation beginning at 7 PM with Funeral Celebrant, Marlene Keyser officiating.

Nibe Valentin, age 39 of Forest Lake died on August 10, 2005 at her home.
She is survived by her husband, Eric; her children, Maria, William, and Ariana; her parents, Dumitru and Cecila Ionescu of Romania; and her brother, Alexendreu (Daniela) Ionescu of Romania.
A visitation was held on Sunday, August 14, 2005 at Roberts-Eckert Funeral Home, 555 Centennial Drive SW, Forest Lake.
Funeral services were held on Monday, August 15, 2005 at Messiah Lutheran Church, 807 Highway 97, Forest Lake. Interment followed at Scandinavian Cemetery.

Marie Schuh, age 93 of Forest Lake died on August 3, 2005.
Marie was preceded in death by son Richard Schuh, two brothers, and one sister.
She is survived by her son Bill (Jennifer)Schuh of Stacy, daughter Marlene (Gene) LaMotte of Pine City, 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, sister Freida Bacigalupo of St. Paul; and nieces and nephews.
Memorial services were held at 7 PM, Monday, August 8th at Roberts-Eckert Funeral Home, 555 Centennial Drive SW, Forest Lake. Visitation was held from 5-7 PM prior to the service.

Fazilet Anafarta, age 86 of Forest Lake died on Monday, August 1, 2005.
She is survived by her husband, Vahit Anafarta of Forest Lake; her son Orman (Lori) Anafarta of Forest Lake; and her three grandsons Tev, Alex, and Trevor Anafata.
A graveside service will be held 11 AM Thursday, August 4, 2005 at Elim Lutheran Cemetery in Scandia.
