Dorothy Evelin Herbert was born on August 1, 1920 in Saint Paul, Minnesota. She was the daughter of Luther and Louise (Bougie) Walther. She was united in marriage to Lyle E. Herbert. Lyle preceded her in death in November 2001.
Dorothy passed away on February 23, 2008 at the age of 87 years. She will be missed by her children, Verner (Bonnie) Herbert, Janice (John) Kent, Emery (Carol) Herbert, Carol (Gene) Reber, Susan Mitchel and friend Floyd Christian and Paul (Delores) Herbert and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband and one granddaughter, Teresa Lynn Herbert.
Funeral service 3 PM, Thursday, Feb. 28th at Roberts Family Funeral Home, 555 Centennial Dr. SW, Forest Lake with visitation beginning at 2:00 PM until time of service.
Interment 10:30 AM Fri. Feb. 29th at St. Genevieve Catholic Cemetery, Centerville.

Age 73, formerly of Champlin died peacefully in her sleep on Feb. 13, 2008. Betty is a retired District 11 Elementary School Teacher. In 1990, her husband, Gerald preceded her in death. Betty is survived by her daughter, Karla Kluge and her husband, Joseph Willis; two sons, Kris and Kory and his wife, Betsey; three grandchildren, Jeremiah Edmonds, Karlee Kluge and Jack Kluge; brother, Bob Sjostrand and his wife, Pat and a host of relatives and friends. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, Feb. 18th 11 AM at Roberts Family Funeral Home, 555 Centennial Dr. SW, Forest Lake, MN with visitation beginning at 9 AM until time of service. Following a luncheon, interment will be held in St. Vincent’s Catholic Cemetery, Osseo, MN.

Born March 7, 1936 in St. Paul, MN. Died peacefully at home with her husband Jerry of 47 years by her side on February 5, 2008, after a long fight with cancer. Mary was a loving and devoted mother, & grandmother to her three children, Julie, Joseph, & Jennifer; grandsons, David, Jacob, Justin and great grandson, Aaron. Also survived by sister, Patricia (Roger) Harmon; brother, James (Alice) Robinson, And many nieces, nephews & extended family. Mary had a special place in her heart for her in-laws, Judie and Rick Steenberg who brought strength, love & support to her, especially during her final days. Preceded in death by her parents, Clifford & Eleanor Robinson, and mother-in-law, Genevieve Jasicki. Mary will be remembered as loving, kind, devoted, generous, and good hearted by those fortunate to be close to her. A special thank you to the Hospice Nurses of Chisago City.
