A Graveside service is planned for Tuesday, August 4, 2009 at 1:30 PM in Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, Minnesota. Please meet Danny’s family at Assembly Area #5 at 1:15 PM.

For those who cannot attend the funeral they will now be able to watch the service on our website shortly after the conclusion of the funeral. With the established relationship with Doc Savage Productions of Forest Lake this service will compliment the DVD memorials that are being produced for the families at Roberts. “We continually thinking of ways to help the families we are caring for, this was a natural with what Doc was already doing for us,” says Kelly Roberts. ” We will also have copies of the service available for family members.” Call the funeral home for more information.
Annual Pontoon Cruise & Potluck

Join us for our annual pontoon cruise on Forest Lake & Potluck Dinner on Thursday August 20th. Meet 4 PM at Lakeside park to enjoy a cruise around the lake and then dinner in the park to follow.
Please bring a dish or desert to share, everthing else will be provided. Please RSVP by calling the funeral home before August 18th .

Martha M. Christiansen of Spring Lake Park, MN

formerly of Worthington, MN and Mankato, MN passed away on June 27, 2009. She was preceded in death by husband, Dewey and parents, Elton and Grace Petersen; brother, Durrell and sister, Marilyn Weber; father and mother-in-law, Carl and Lucille Christiansen.
Martha will be lovingly remembered by her children, Gay (Robert) Schmidt and their son, Eric (Denise) and grandsons, Evan and Alex; Phillip Christiansen and sons Kyle (Sarah) and Kelly and their mother, Connie and twin granddaughters, Brooke and Taylor; Michelle Christiansen; Stephany (Scott) Harrington and their daughter, Megan.
She will be fondly remembered by her sister-in-law, Yvonne (Don) Johnson and their sons, Roger, Curt, Scott and their families. Also remembered by nieces, Chris Hegarty, Susie McBreen, Janet Petersen and Jim Petersen and sister-in-law, Edna Petersen.
Martha can be remembered for the hearts she touched and the friends she made. Having Martha and Dewey reunited brings great joy to her children.
Graveside Service 11 AM, Friday, July 3, 2009 at Harlan Cemetery, Harlan, IA with a gathering of friends beginning at 10:30 AM.
