Warren will deeply missed by his family and friends.

Visitation 4-8 PM Monday March 1st at Roberts Family Funeral Home, 555 SW Centennial Dr. Forest Lake. Funeral 11 AM Tuesday March 2nd at the funeral home with visitation one hour prior. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to the family.

Preceded in death by husband, Maynard, beloved grandson, Benjamin Lee Jonason; parents, Elof and Hannah Swenson; bothers, Ernest, Emil, Carl (Gladys) and Ellward (Helen) and sisters, Helen (August) Peterson, Signe (Ed) Sausen and Myrtle. Survived by daughter, Cheryl of Duluth; son Mark of Buffalo and his children, Charles of WI, Eric and Theodore of Glendale, AZ and Ann of Forest Lake, step granddaughters, Maria of CA and Teresa of Grand Rapids; great grandson, Joseph and great granddaughter, Ashlyn.

Funeral service 11 AM Tuesday, March 2, 2010 at Faith Lutheran Church, 886 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake with visitation beginning at 10 AM until time of service. Interment Scandinavian Cemetery.

Age 58 of Taylors Falls, passed away on February 16, 2010 at his home, surrounded by his wife and daughters. Ken is preceded death by his father, Paul Servaty. He will be deeply missed by his wife of 38 years, Judy; daughters, Denise (Chris) Houle, Joleen (Matthew) Sagendorf and Kristine Servaty; five grandchildren, Jake Houle, Megan Houle, Tyler Sagendorf, Nikolas Sagendorf and Kayla Servaty; mother, Helen Servaty; brothers and sisters, Tom (Marlys) Servaty, Richard (Peggy) Servaty, Mary (Daniel) Muellner, Carol Servaty, Barb Brown, David (Lynn) Servaty and Steve Servaty; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
Gathering & Memorial Service
Gathering of Friends and Family will be held from 1 – 2 PM on Saturday, February 20, 2010 at Roberts Family Funeral Home, 555 Centennial Drive SW, Forest Lake, Minnesota. A 2 PM Memorial Service honoring Ken’s life will follow the gathering time at the funeral home.

Age 37 of Scandia passed away on February 11, 2010 following an extended illness.
Roy is survived by his mother, Sue Tuomi, formerly of Proctor and one special aunt, Mabel Lessard of Duluth; as well as aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Roy was preceded in death by his father, Roy Wayne Tuomi in 1996, his sister, Trish Olson in 2005, his grandparents from Proctor, Arthur and Irene Johnson and Roy and Elma Tuomi.
Memorial Service
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 6th at 11 AM at Roberts Family Funeral Home, 555 Centennial Drive SW, Forest Lake with a gathering of friends beginning at 10 AM until the time of the service. Interment will be held at Calvary Cemetery, Duluth, Minnesota.

Being in the funeral business, I have seen many different organizations help families when their loved has a terminal illness. One that is near and dear to me is Fairview Lakes HomeCaring & Hospice, our local hospice provider serving the Forest Lake area. This wonderful organization helps by managing symptoms so that life may be lived as fully and comfortable as possible. They also provide an annual grief camp for children, just another way of how they help. Often times families do not have the resources to pay for the services needed, so therefore hospice organizations raise funds to meet patient and staff needs.
Seeing how these wonderful people at Fairview Lakes HomeCaring & Hospice care for people, I decided to jump into frosty, frigid, frozen Forest Lake on February 20th, to raise money for their organization, and many others that the Rotary Club of Forest Lake supports.
